013.40.800-013.014 Series internal teeth slewing bearing

The 013 and 014 series are single-row, four-point contact ball slewing bearings with an internal gear on the outer ring. Designed for higher load capacity and greater rigidity than the 011/012 series, these bearings support axial, radial, and tilting moments simultaneously in a compact configuration.

Typical Applications:

  • Medium to large cranes and excavators

  • Wind turbine yaw systems

  • Heavy-duty solar trackers

  • Radar antennas and industrial turntables

High load-carrying capacity
Resistance to high and low temperatures
Noise-free operation
Strictly controlled tolerances and appropriate internal clearance
Long service life and low maintenance requirements
Prevention of unexpected downtime (avoiding bearing fracture, seizure, and safety incidents caused by such failures, with anti-tilting capability)

Characteristics

✦ Four-point ball contact – Single-row design handles axial, radial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously.

Internal gear on inner ring – Gear teeth cut directly on the outer ring for direct pinion engagement and power transmission.

✦ Compact cross-section – Optimized design saves installation space while maintaining structural rigidity.

✦ Induction-hardened raceways – Rolling surfaces hardened for wear resistance and extended service life.

✦ Double lip seals – Fitted with NBR seals on both sides to keep contaminants out and retain lubricant.

✦ Pre-drilled mounting holes – Both rings feature equispaced bolt holes for quick and secure installation.
