The E series is a single-row, four-point contact ball slewing bearing featuring an external gear on the outer ring. This series is part of standard product offering and is designed for light to medium-duty applications that require compact dimensions, combined load support, and straightforward integration.
Typical Applications:
Construction machinery such as cranes and excavators
Aerial work platforms and man lifts
Solar tracking systems
Materials handling equipment
Industrial turntables and positioning systems

The E series bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring with integral external teeth, and a single row of steel balls with spacers. The raceways are machined so that each ball maintains contact with the raceways at four distinct points, allowing the bearing to simultaneously support axial loads (in both directions), radial loads, and tilting moments within a single row of rolling elements.
The external gear is machined directly on the outer ring, enabling direct pinion drive coupling without the need for a separate gear ring. This simplifies the transmission system and reduces overall component count. Both rings are provided with mounting holes for straightforward bolted installation.
Combined load capability: Handles axial, radial, and moment loads simultaneously
Compact and lightweight: Single-row design saves space and reduces structural weight
Smooth rotation: Optimized raceway geometry provides stable operation under load
Easy integration: External gear and mounting holes simplify system assembly
