CRBH series bearings employ cylindrical rollers arranged in a crossed configuration, with adjacent rollers oriented at 90° angles to each other within precision-ground raceways. This arrangement provides line contact between the rollers and raceways, enabling the bearing to simultaneously support radial loads, axial loads in both directions, and tilting moments within a single, compact unit.
The distinguishing feature of the CRBH series is its thin-wall construction. The cross-section is optimized to be as slim as possible while maintaining adequate load capacity and rigidity, making these bearings ideal for applications with strict space constraints. Both rings are solid and equipped with mounting holes, allowing for direct bolted attachment to the machine structure without requiring additional housings or adaptor plates. The bearings are typically supplied with spacer retainers between rollers to ensure smooth, consistent rotation and prevent roller-to-roller contact.
