ZKLDF Series High-Precision Axial-Radial Bearings

The ZKLDF series is an ultra-high-precision axial-radial cylindrical roller bearing specifically designed for rotary table and high-speed indexing applications, featuring a one-piece design with pre-drilled mounting holes on both rings for direct and rigid system integration. This series incorporates two rows of cylindrical rollers (one axial row and one radial row) arranged at 90°, enabling the bearing to simultaneously support axial, radial, and tilting moment loads with exceptional rigidity, low friction, and extremely high rotational accuracy.

ZKLDF series bearings utilize a two-row angular contact ball arrangement with a 60° contact angle. This design enables the bearing to support axial loads in both directions, radial loads, and tilting moments simultaneously. The ball configuration provides lower friction than roller bearings, making this series particularly suitable for high-speed applications where heat generation must be minimized.

The bearings feature a solid, one-piece construction on both the inner and outer rings, with mounting holes on both rings for direct bolted attachment to the machine structure. The series is available in two design variants:

ZKLDF (standard): Designed for general high-speed applications with optimized internal clearance for standard operating conditions.
ZKLDF with grease fittings: Equipped with lubrication ports and grease grooves for centralized lubrication in applications requiring regular maintenance.
