Double row ball internal gear slewing bearing is a robust four-point contact ball rotary bearing solution engineered for medium to heavy load rotary applications. This structural configuration adopts two rows of steel balls arranged vertically, paired with integrated internal gear teeth on the bearing ring, delivering balanced capacity to withstand axial loads, radial loads and overturning moments simultaneously.

Compared with single row ball slewing bearings, the double row ball layout provides larger load carrying capacity and enhanced rotational stability. The symmetrical ball arrangement evenly distributes operating stress across raceways, effectively reducing local wear and extending service life under continuous cyclic rotation. Built-in internal gearing allows compact overall installation space; driving pinions can be arranged inside the bearing envelope, which greatly optimizes the overall structural layout of host equipment and saves external installation dimensions.

Precision machined raceways ensure low rotational friction and smooth rotation performance. Standard sealing structures prevent dust, moisture and debris from invading the internal raceway area, adapting the bearing to outdoor, construction and general industrial working environments. Flexible clearance options can be selected according to actual working conditions to balance rotation flexibility and support rigidity.
