The gearless double-row series is a heavy-duty slewing bearing designed for applications that require superior load capacity and structural rigidity, with the flexibility to accommodate external drive systems. This series features two rows of rolling elements without gear teeth on either ring, making it an ideal choice for equipment where the drive arrangement is best defined independently of the bearing.

The gearless double-row bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, and two rows of steel balls arranged in separate raceways. Both rings are manufactured without gear teeth, resulting in a cleaner, more streamlined profile. The two rows are strategically positioned to efficiently distribute loads, enabling the bearing to support axial loads from both directions, radial loads, and tilting moments with exceptional stability and load distribution.
Both rings are drilled with mounting holes to facilitate direct bolted attachment to the machine structure. The simplified ring geometry not only reduces manufacturing complexity but also makes the bearing easier to handle during transportation and installation.
