The double flange slewing bearing is a thoughtfully engineered rotational component designed for applications where both mounting interfaces require flange-based attachment to their respective structures. This configuration incorporates flanges on both the inner and outer rings, providing a symmetric and stable mounting solution that simplifies equipment assembly while ensuring reliable load transmission.

This bearing series consists of an inner ring with an integral flange, an outer ring with an integral flange, and a single row of steel balls with spacers arranged between precision-ground raceways. The four-point contact ball geometry enables the bearing to support axial loads in both directions, radial loads, and tilting moments simultaneously within a single, compact row of rolling elements.
Both the inner and outer rings are equipped with broad, flat flanges that serve as mounting surfaces, allowing direct bolted attachment to the machine structure without requiring additional adaptor plates or complex mounting hardware. This dual-flange design ensures accurate alignment and even load distribution, reducing stress concentrations and improving overall system stability.
