At the core of the HSB series is the proven four-point contact ball design. Precision polished steel balls pair with induction-hardened gothic arch raceways to form four load-bearing contact points under operational stress. This unique configuration empowers the bearing to efficiently accommodate combined axial forces, radial forces and dynamic overturning moments simultaneously. The balanced load distribution minimizes localized stress concentration, effectively resisting mechanical vibration and rotational jitter during frequent start-stop cycles and continuous long-duration operation. Compared with standard two-point contact bearings, the HSB series boasts higher structural rigidity and superior operational consistency under complex variable load conditions.

As a non-geared slewing bearing series, HSB adopts a fully smooth and integrated ring structure with no tooth processing. This distinctive design removes common drawbacks of geared bearings, including gear meshing wear, transmission backlash and operational noise. Without fixed gear constraints, equipment designers gain greater flexibility to match various external drive modes such as belt drive, hydraulic drive and motor direct drive. This highly adaptable structural feature makes the HSB series ideal for customized rotary equipment, precision positioning platforms and machinery requiring ultra-quiet and stable rotary motion.
