YRTS Series High-Speed Rotating Table Bearings

The YRTS series is a high-precision, high-speed axial-radial cylindrical roller bearing designed for rotary tables and indexing applications, featuring a one-piece design with pre-drilled mounting holes on both rings for simplified installation. This series incorporates two rows of cylindrical rollers (one axial, one radial) arranged at 90°, enabling the bearing to support axial, radial, and tilting moment loads simultaneously with exceptional rigidity and low friction.

Typical Applications:

  • High-speed precision rotary tables and indexing systems

  • CNC machine tool rotary axes with rapid traverse

  • Direct drive motor applications

  • High-performance measuring and inspection equipment

  • Medical imaging and radiotherapy devices

YRTS series bearings utilize a three-row roller configuration with cylindrical rollers arranged in three separate raceways. Two rows of rollers support axial loads in both directions, while the third row supports radial loads. This arrangement enables the bearing to simultaneously handle axial loads, radial loads, and tilting moments with superior rigidity and load capacity.

The defining feature of the YRTS series is its one-piece integral ring construction on both the inner and outer rings. This solid design provides maximum structural integrity and maintains consistent rotational accuracy throughout the bearing's service life. The bearings are equipped with mounting holes on both rings for direct bolted attachment to the machine structure.

YRTS bearings are also characterized by their high rotational speed capability, making them suitable for applications requiring rapid positioning and indexing. They are typically supplied with optimized internal clearances and lubrication systems designed specifically for high-speed operation.
