The RD800 series bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring with integral external teeth, and a single row of cylindrical rollers arranged in a crossed pattern between the raceways. The rollers are oriented with their axes alternating at 90-degree angles, enabling the bearing to efficiently handle axial loads (in both directions), radial loads, and tilting moments simultaneously. The crossed roller geometry provides line contact with the raceways, delivering greater load-carrying capacity and enhanced rigidity compared to ball bearings of similar dimensions.

The external gear is precision-ground on the outer ring, ensuring accurate engagement with the drive pinion and minimizing backlash. Both rings are manufactured from high-quality bearing steel, heat-treated for optimal hardness and wear resistance, and provided with mounting holes for straightforward bolted installation.
