The EB1 series bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring with integral external teeth, and a single row of steel balls with nylon spacers. The raceways are machined so that each ball contacts the raceways at four distinct points, enabling the bearing to simultaneously support axial loads (in both directions), radial loads, and tilting moments within a single row of rolling elements. Both rings have a square section with deep fixing holes that maximize structural performance, and the bearing is supplied with NBR lip seals on both sides and pre-greased for immediate use.
The external gear is machined directly on the outer ring, allowing direct pinion drive coupling without the need for a separate gear ring. This simplifies the transmission system and reduces overall component count. The EB1 series is available in a wide range of sizes following standard market dimensions, and can be supplied in either STANDARD versions for general applications or PRECISION versions with minimal clearance for applications requiring extreme rigidity and accuracy.
Combined load capability: Handles axial, radial, and moment loads simultaneously
Compact and lightweight: Single-row design saves space and reduces weight
High-speed capability: Can rotate up to 30 rpm under low loads
Versatile precision options: Available in standard or precision clearance versions
Easy integration: External gear and mounting holes simplify system assembly
