The 113 and 114 series are single-row crossed roller slewing bearings featuring an internal gear on the inner ring. These series are specifically engineered for applications requiring high rotational accuracy, exceptional rigidity, and compact design, where the gear teeth must be protected from external contamination and the drive arrangement needs to be contained within the bearing envelope.

Both the 113 and 114 series bearings consist of an inner ring with integral internal teeth, an outer ring, and a single row of cylindrical rollers arranged in a crossed configuration between the raceways. The rollers are oriented with their axes alternating at 90-degree angles, creating a design that efficiently handles axial loads (in both directions), radial loads, and tilting moments simultaneously. The crossed roller geometry provides line contact with the raceways, delivering greater load-carrying capacity and enhanced rigidity compared to conventional ball bearings.
The internal gear is machined directly on the inner ring, allowing the driving pinion to be positioned inside the bearing envelope. This configuration offers several practical advantages: the gear teeth are shielded from external contaminants, debris, and mechanical damage; the overall footprint of the rotating assembly is reduced; and the machine design can be more compact. Both rings are provided with mounting holes for straightforward bolted installation.
