The gearless double-row series is a range of heavy-duty slewing bearings featuring two rows of rolling elements without gear teeth on either ring. This configuration is designed for applications that demand exceptional load capacity and rigidity, where the drive system is kept separate from the bearing and rotation is achieved through external means.

The gearless double-row bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, and two rows of steel balls arranged in separate raceways. Both rings are free of gear teeth, making this a gearless configuration. The two rows are positioned to efficiently distribute axial, radial, and tilting moment loads, allowing the bearing to support axial loads (in both directions), radial loads, and tilting moments with superior stability and load distribution compared to single-row configurations.
The omission of gear teeth simplifies the ring geometry, reduces manufacturing costs, and makes the bearing easier to handle and install. Both rings are provided with mounting holes for straightforward bolted attachment to the machine structure.
