The three-row roller slewing bearing series with internal gearing represents the highest tier of rotational support technology, engineered for applications that demand extreme load capacity, superior structural rigidity, and compact machine design. The internal gear arrangement offers enhanced gear protection and efficient space utilization, making this series ideal for critical heavy-duty equipment.

Common Applications:

Extra-heavy cranes and construction machinery

Large-scale excavators and mining equipment

Wind turbine yaw and pitch mechanisms

Heavy-duty radar and antenna positioning systems

Industrial heavy turntables and rotary platforms

Offshore drilling and marine equipment

This bearing series consists of an inner ring with integral internal teeth, an outer ring, and three rows of cylindrical rollers positioned in precision-machined raceways. Each roller row is dedicated to a specific load direction: one row handles axial loads in one direction, a second row manages axial loads in the opposite direction, and the third row supports radial loads. This separation of load paths ensures that each row can be independently optimized for its designated function, resulting in efficient load transmission and balanced performance under complex loading conditions.

The internal gear is formed directly on the inner ring, allowing the drive pinion to be positioned within the bearing envelope. This configuration provides multiple benefits: the gear teeth are protected from external contamination, debris, and physical damage; the overall footprint of the rotating assembly is reduced; and the machine design can be streamlined for greater efficiency. Both rings are drilled with mounting holes for secure bolted attachment to the supporting structure.
