The gearless single-row crossed roller slewing bearing is a precision rotational component engineered for applications where high accuracy, exceptional rigidity, and a clean interface without integral gearing are required. This design allows machine builders to implement their preferred drive systems while taking full advantage of the superior load-handling and precision characteristics of crossed roller technology.

This bearing series consists of an inner ring, an outer ring, and a single row of cylindrical rollers arranged in a crossed configuration between precision-ground raceways. Both rings are manufactured without gear teeth, featuring smooth, continuous surfaces that simplify integration into machine designs. The rollers are oriented with their axes alternating at 90-degree angles, creating an arrangement that efficiently manages axial loads from both directions, radial loads, and tilting moments simultaneously. The crossed roller geometry provides line contact with the raceways, delivering greater load-carrying capacity and enhanced rigidity compared to ball bearings of similar dimensions.
The elimination of gear teeth reduces manufacturing complexity, lowers production costs, and makes the bearing easier to handle during transportation and installation. Both rings incorporate mounting holes for secure bolted attachment to the machine structure.
