The ZB2 series is a robust double-row ball slewing bearing with internal gear design, tailored for medium and heavy-duty rotary machinery requiring high load stability and integrated transmission capability. Different from common single-row slewing rings, this series adopts a dual-ball symmetrical arrangement and one-piece outer gear structure. Through optimized raceway geometric design and standardized industrial manufacturing, it achieves excellent mechanical rigidity and reliable rotary performance, ideal for continuous cycling operation and complex load industrial equipment scenarios.

The symmetrical double-row ball structure is the core highlight of the ZB2 series. Two parallel rows of high-precision steel balls are evenly distributed inside the bearing, matching with precisely hardened raceway surfaces to form a dual load-bearing system. This structural design greatly enhances the bearing’s overall stress tolerance, enabling it to steadily bear superposed axial loads, radial loads and large overturning moments. It can effectively buffer mechanical impact caused by variable loads, reduce internal rolling friction and structural fatigue, and maintain precise and stable rotational operation during long-term frequent start-stop cycles.
Integrated Internalinvolute gears are preset on the outer ring of the ZB2 bearing, realizing convenient and efficient mechanical transmission. All gear teeth are finely processed and thermally treated with uniform tooth shape and high dimensional accuracy, which ensures smooth meshing, low backlash loss and stable torque transmission. The external gear layout features intuitive assembly and easy later maintenance, which can be directly matched with standard drive pinions. It simplifies the overall equipment transmission structure and improves the compactness and working efficiency of the whole rotary system.
