This bearing series comprises an inner ring, an outer ring featuring integral external gear teeth, and three separate roller rows arranged in precision-machined raceways. The axial roller rows are positioned to handle thrust forces in both directions, while the radial row manages perpendicular loads. Each roller row is independently optimized for its designated function, ensuring efficient load transmission and minimal stress concentration across the bearing structure.

The external gear is manufactured directly on the outer ring, creating a robust interface for pinion drive engagement without the need for additional gear rings. Both rings incorporate mounting holes for straightforward bolted attachment to the machine structure, simplifying installation and alignment procedures.
