130.45.2000-130 Series non gear bearing

The 130 series is a three-row roller slewing bearing without gear teeth on either ring. This gearless series is engineered for extreme heavy-duty applications where maximum load capacity and exceptional rigidity are required, but where the drive system is best implemented externally rather than through integral gearing.

Typical Applications:

Large tower cranes and mobile cranes

Heavy-duty excavators and mining equipment

Wind turbine yaw and pitch systems

Large radar and antenna positioning systems

Heavy-duty industrial turntables

High load-carrying capacity
Resistance to high and low temperatures
Noise-free operation
Strictly controlled tolerances and appropriate internal clearance
Long service life and low maintenance requirements
Prevention of unexpected downtime (avoiding bearing fracture, seizure, and safety incidents caused by such failures, with anti-tilting capability)

Characteristics

✦ Three-row cylindrical roller configuration – Two axial rows (upper and lower) and one radial row, each with cylindrical rollers arranged in a triangular load path.

✦ Toothless ring design – Both inner and outer rings feature plain cylindrical surfaces without gear teeth, allowing integration with external drive elements.

✦ Monobloc ring construction – Both rings are manufactured as single-piece forgings without welded or bolted joints, ensuring uniform material properties.

✦ Induction-hardened raceways – All raceways hardened to 58–62 HRC with a case depth of 3.5–4.5 mm for extended wear resistance.

✦ Heavy-section rings – Rings feature increased radial thickness with a width-to-height ratio of 1:1.3, optimized for high radial and moment load capacity.

Features

✦ Accepts external drives freely – Toothless rings allow connection to chain, belt, or friction drives without gear-matching constraints.

✦ Reduces system complexity – Eliminating gear teeth simplifies the bearing design, reducing the number of components that require precision inspection.

✦ Lowers initial cost – No gear cutting means reduced manufacturing expense compared to geared versions.

✦ Simplifies cleaning – Smooth ring surfaces do not trap debris, making them easier to clean in dirty environments.

✦ Reduces noise – The absence of gear meshing eliminates a primary noise source, creating a quieter working environment.
