The three-row roller external gear series is a heavy-duty slewing bearing designed for applications that demand the highest load capacity, exceptional rigidity, and reliable performance under the most extreme operating conditions. This series features three separate rows of rollers arranged to independently handle axial loads, radial loads, and tilting moments, making it the preferred choice for the most demanding rotating systems.

The three-row roller bearing consists of an inner ring, an outer ring with integral external teeth, and three rows of cylindrical rollers arranged in separate raceways. Each row is specifically designed to handle a particular load direction: one row supports axial loads (in both directions), another row supports radial loads, and the third row provides additional axial load capacity and stability. This independent load path design allows each row of rollers to be optimized for its specific function, resulting in superior load distribution and overall bearing performance.
The external gear is machined directly on the outer ring, enabling direct pinion drive coupling without the need for a separate gear ring. This simplifies the transmission system and reduces overall component count. Both rings are provided with mounting holes for straightforward bolted installation, making connection between adjacent machine components simple and efficient.
