✦ Roller arrangement – Cylindrical rollers are alternately oriented at 90° in a single raceway, achieving line contact with both axial and radial raceways.
✦ External gear on outer ring – Gear teeth are integrally hobbed on the outer circumference with a 20° pressure angle spur profile.
✦ Integral inner flange – The inner ring incorporates a machined flange with through-holes for direct mounting to adjacent structures.
✦ Ring material – Rings are manufactured from 42CrMo4 steel, ensuring high strength and toughness.
✦ Raceway finish – Raceways are ground to P5 tolerance class with a surface finish of 0.4 µm Ra.
✦ Heat treatment – Raceways hardened to 58–62 HRC with a case depth of 2.0–3.0 mm, gear teeth hardened to 50–55 HRC.
